Return Policy

My return policy is such because I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of my work for 6 full months from the purchase date.  If your piece of jewelry becomes unwearable within 6 months, I will repair it for FREE or I will replace it with a piece of jewelry of equal or greater value at a 50% reduction off the list price.

  1. All work is 100% guaranteed.
  2. I have a 5 day return policy only.
  3. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will fully refund your money, (minus shipping, handling, return receipt confirmation and insurance costs), if you return your purchase WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
  4. Sorry, but I have a 5 day return policy only. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will fully refund 100% of your money, minus shipping and handling costs, only if the item is shipped back to me within 5 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.
  5. I enforce such a strict return policy because:
    • I believe in my heart that most people will be 100% satisfied with my work
    • I take great care to represent my jewelry accurately
    • I cover Shipping, Handling, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance all for the low cost of $5.95 to make your purchasing experience easy and affordable
    • I do not wish to encourage any type of fraudulent behaviors or improprieties
  6. All of my work is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. In general, the "life" of a necklace, bracelet or pair of earrings varies based on the quality of the materials used when crafting the project and the care taken by the buyer.

My items are crafted with the highest quality 49 strand, nylon coated, steel stringing wire, the highest quality silk cord, premium .925 sterling silver wire & components, and quality 14 carat gold-filled materials.

If an item breaks or becomes unusable under normal wear, PLEASE ship the item back to me and I will repair it free of charge.

BUYER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE (sales receipt, credit card receipt, cancelled check, etc) WITH ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR REPAIR.
