No Risk Guarantee

My return policy is such because I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of my work for 6 months from the date of purchase. I offer a very liberal and generous "No Risk Guarantee" on all of my handmade jewelry.

  1. If your finely crafted jewelry becomes unwearable under normal wearing conditions within 6 months from the date of purchase, I will happily repair your piece at NO COST to you.
  2. I ask that you handle the shipping, handling & insurance costs to return the item to me for inspection and repair.
  3. I will inspect your jewelry and do everything I can to repair it and return it to you in its original condition. This includes locating duplicate beads, crystals or other items that may have been lost from the bracelet AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
  4. Because many pieces of my jewelry are constructed with hard to find and one-of-a-kind components, I will replace missing elements with similar embellishments, if I am unable to locate the exact filler, bead, crystal, pearl, cone, etc that was lost.
  5. If the item is repaired, I will return it to you promptly. I will cover all shipping, handling, delivery confirmation & insurance costs for shipping the item back to you.
  6. If the item is not able to be repaired, please choose another piece of jewelry of equal or greater cost, for a savings of 30% (OR GREATER, in some cases) off the listed retail price of that piece.
  7. I will do everything I can to keep you as a happy, loyal, satisfied & returning customer. The "30% off any new piece of equal or greater value" No Risk Guarantee is negotiable. If you see a piece you really like but it is something you cannot afford, it is possible for me to discount the item even greater or work out a lay-away plan with you!

BUYER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE (sales receipt, credit card receipt, cancelled check, etc) WITH ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR REPAIR.
